Greenbriar is an active adult community located in the Township of Brick, New Jersey. We offer residents 55 and better an array of indoor and outdoor activities such as Bocce, Shuffleboard, Pickle ball and pool. There are many clubs and activities that take place in our Clubhouse for you to enjoy. Our private 6 hole golf course is perfect for practice or tournament preparation.

Our 27 thousand square foot pool deck has two pools; one lap pool and another heated pool that is great for spending time relaxing in the water. There are three major catered summer holiday parties; Memorial Day, July 4th, and  Labor Day. The highlight of the year is our St. Patrick's Day Party, which is always a great success. A DJ is always provided! Tickets are available for all of these events.

 

We also have a large private lake which is great for catch and release fishing or a picnic with friends and family. For the gardeners, there is a community garden where you may grow fruits and vegetables to enjoy.

 

 Our low maintenance fee covers lawn mowing, irrigation and driveway snow plowing.
